This program is for individuals who live in the community but do require some support services.  These individuals live in Camden, Gloucester, Burlington and Cumberland counties.  The goal of this program is to help these individuals establish and maintain their independence in the community.  Counselors work with these consumers on employment, housing, health and medical issues, daily living skills and more.  These consumers receive between 5-15 hours of service per week.  Referrals come from the Division of Developmental Disabilities.
