The Archway Foundation recently awarded a series of grants - totaling $80,290 in funding - to help Archway's programs better meet the needs and enhance the lives of consumers. Congratulations to all grant recipients!
The primary purposes of The Archway Foundation, Inc., are: to create public awareness of the special needs of people within the community; to provide and promote programs for people with special educational, behavioral and social needs; to encourage broader participation in Archway Programs, Inc., and similar organizations’ educational and human services programs; and to encourage assistance by individual contributions and from government, corporate and foundation sources to procure needed goods and services on favorable terms while providing access to volunteers.
Key among Archway Foundation activities are to plan and host fundraising activities that provide a forum to highlight the good works of Archway Programs in order to raise supplemental funds to use in their educational and charitable activities.
Since 1965, Archway Programs has sought to meet the need for human services in Camden and Gloucester Counties. Services include schools and social service programs for disadvantaged and disabled children and adults and those who care for them, as well as programs for senior citizens.
Archway Programs will now turn to the Archway Foundation, Inc. for support from the private sector. Individuals like yourself, organizations which you may belong to, and companies you work for, to help us help the children and adults who come to Archway Programs to thrive and succeed.
