Mission
Step by Step
and Early Intervention Provider is committed to working in partnership
with families & their children to foster and encourage the development
of infants and young children with developmental delays and helping
their families & children as a family centered Early Intervention.
Provider throughout Camden County, New Jersey.
Services
Family
members, parents and staff work in collaboration & partnerships in all
aspects of Early Intervention Services which may include:

Evaluation/assessment of the child's developmental areas

Assessment of child and family needs

Written
Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)

Home
based, community based, and center based Early Intervention services
(if needed, up to two hours per week)

Flexible
and individualized services
-
Parent/Family support and education
-
Social
Services and nursing as well as networking with appropriated
agencies
-
Specialized Services for children with Autism/Pervasive
Developmental Disorder (PDD) and their families (for ages 18 months
to 3 years of age)
Goals
-
Identify
children birth to three years of age who have developmental delays
-
Evaluation in seven areas of development: adaptive, cognition,
communication, fine motor, gross motor, sensory, social/emotional.

Provide
integrated and comprehensive developmental intervention, as needed,
focusing on the whole child and their family.

Offer
support and education to families, guardians and/or primary
caretakers.

Collaborate with other community/agencies to enhance enrolled
families' comprehensive early intervention services.
