ARCHWAY FAMILY BOWLING NIGHT

you for considering sponsorship to support the Archway Foundation Family
Bowling Night planned for May 19th.
It is because of caring folks
like you that we can continue to serve those in need in our community.
Attached is the Event Sponsorship Levels registration form for your use. The evening events will include 3 hours of bowling, Chinese and live auctions, appearances by Mike Quick and Ron Jaworski, a magician, DJ and a balloon artist. Each lane sponsor will be identified by signage at the event; listed on the Archway Programs’ website; listed in an ad in the Courier Post; and displayed on Archways’ internal message screen. Each lane will be provided pizza and soda by Laurel Lanes’ staff. A cash bar and restaurant are also available. The Archway Foundation Board presented over $109,000 in 15 separate grants that helped meet needs which go beyond what our budget can support. Each grant was used for activities that embody the values of the Archway Foundation and Archway Programs. Your support of the Archway Foundation Family Bowling Night is greatly appreciated by the over 500 staff in 20 programs and more than 3500 children and adults we serve.
